Before and After Water Damage

This is a before and after picture of the demolition SERVPRO had to do in order to properly dry out some homes during a water damage. This customer's cause of loss was that their hot water line to sink faucet from a copper pipe had a leak. SERVPRO found that water had been draining into their duct work which also affected the ceiling in the basement's bathroom, leaving it saturated. The water also affected the exterior wall in the bathroom and wet the insulation causing us to have to tear down or "demo" the wall and insulation. Once all the wet drywall was removed, we could dry out the area effectively and repairs can begin
