Commercial Flood
The torrential rains deposited hundreds of gallons of water in this back service area of a fabricating plant. The contaminated water was extracted using submersible pumps and truck-mounted power pumps. The source of electricity was unsafe for use, so SERVPRO trailered in a mobile generator. The block walls can be dried along with the concrete pad by slowly drawing out the moisture (after all the standing water is gone) and placing many air movers and dehumidifiers (these last two devices are finishing up the service.) The interior non-weight bearing walls were stripped off the non-salvageable drywall to increase the rate of drying and to preserve the wood studs for the rebuild to come. Our expertise, skilled technicians, and advanced industrial grade equipment allow us to mitigate losses and minimize the effect to the bottom line of our clients
