Storm Damage Before/After

This poor family had a water damage in their home while they were celebrating the holidays. A lot of the jobs we get during the holidays is after a homeowner returns to a flooded kitchen or basement.

In order to save money the homeowners turned off the heat and didn't account for the cold weather that burst a pipe in the flooring and flooded their kitchen.

SERVPRO of South Frisco/The Colony wants to remind homeowners to avoid a water damage by keeping the heat at 55 degrees but do not turn it all the way off. You can also shut off the water and open the tap in the bathroom to release the pressure in the pipes if they do freeze
