Intrusive Water Damage

This customer had been out of town and came home to find water pouring from the second floor's ceiling. In the attic a water line had burst which caused water damage down through the ceiling, walls and floors to both first and second floors. The water had damaged the drywall, insulation, carpet/padding, the wooden subfloors and stairwell. South Frisco/The Colony removed the non salvageable saturated materials which allowed us to quickly mitigate the framing studs and subfloors. We were able to expedite and complete the drying a head of schedule and she was thrilled with the results.
