We had a major mishap with the grinding of tile in our home which resulted in tile dust everywhere. It was horrific! However, I reached out to SERVPRO of South Frisco/The Colony and they were absolutely fantastic. Taylor assisted me immediately by sending someone out to access the situation and to provide a bid to us within the hour. She then scheduled a crew to come and do the clean up the very next day! It was simply amazing. George was the crew leader, and he had his team did an absolutely outstanding job of restoring our home back to normal. They worked diligently throughout the entire day cleaning every room affected by the tile dust. They all took great pride in their work, and George taught us so much about the process involved. The bright spot to our day of disaster were the people involved with this company. We highly recommend them. They were all just wonderful. We again send our sincere thanks to all of them for their quickness, professionalism, and kindness during this whole ordeal.

After a couple tenants moved out of a home I was renting them,the house was a complete mess. Stains in the carpet throughout the entire house, years of smoking inside left a horrific scent,etc. SERVPRO came out and exceeded my expectations like I never thought possible. My daughter had spilled her juice on my brand new,white carpet. I was very distraught as I had only had the carpet installed roughly one month ago. I called SERVPRO and they responded quickly and used a SERVPRO branded cleaner to remove the stain. I was extremely pleased with their services and the stain was no longer visible. I would refer them to anyone who may need their help.
